Landscape of a City

When you gaze out your window — real or figurative — do you see the forest first, or the trees?

I see the bigger picture when I gaze out , first ; and then focus on the small ingredients. It’s just my perspective and it changes too, at times! 😉

I am a city girl, grew up in a city . To me , a city is a jungle of human emotions and man-made marvels ! I love crowded streets , people – their versatile opinions , their life-stories . I love the sound of car horn honking , the sight of people waiting at bus stops , or for cable cars , metro rails (subway) ; I love the idea of scheduling life as per transport timing , my weekend meetings with friends in a busy restaurant , the favorite food joints with a history , roads that were mentioned in famous novels  😉  ! I love a city that never sleeps -always awake to hug me if I feel lonely by chance!

The picture is of the city of Los Angeles and it’s going to DP Challenge , today.  When I looked at the big city, I saw all ingredients that made the city attractive , amazing – then I saw the clouds covering the city beautifully like a big umbrella ..and I stopped looking at the bigger picture and focused only on the beauty of the nature !!  That’s life ! 🙂 We change our perspectives!
